The Three Bears
Remember Goldilocks and the Three Bears? Specifically, the porridge being too hot, too cold and just right. Think of “just right” porridge as producing a sense of ease, what a desirable feeling!
When our minds are at ease, we are calm, resourceful and naturally creative.
When our bodies are at ease, we sense everything is working as it should and we radiate strength and vitality. When our spirit is at ease, we enjoy peace, joy and a sense of connectedness.
Being ill at ease is neither fun nor comfortable. Over time, it can be a drag. Sometimes, when new patients visit us, they report
they don’t feel “right” but also don’t know why. To over-simplify, they’ve probably “lost their ease” and want it back.
Sorting through problems and getting to the cause of this un-easiness is something we enjoy helping patients with!

Many think chiropractic is about bones, especially the spine. But the fact is, we’re more interested in the nerves those bones protect. In particular, the nerve messages that travel between your brain and body.
Any type of disruption can distort or disturb the integrity of the controlling and regulating messages from the brain. The result is ill health.
A common culprit is the 24 moving bones of the spine that cover the information super highway of your spinal cord. If a spinal bone loses its normal motion or position, it can irritate nearby nerves.
Because the nervous system controls every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body, chiropractic care has been known to help with a wide variety of health problems.
Maybe you know someone who has been told that it’s “all in their head” or that they’ll have to “learn to live with it.” Worse, someone who thinks they have a muscle relaxer shortage! Send them our way. Or, forward our newsletter and invite them to learn more.
